How does it work?

Reach your goal, faster!

1. First, it is important to find a Metabolic Balance® coach in your area. You can find the perfect coach by using our online database.

2. If you need the added flexibility of a Metabolic Balance® coach who can support you from any location, then Metabolic Balance® Online could provide the perfect solution.

3. Appointment: Understand more about Metabolic Balance® by talking with your coach about your goals and requirements and submitting initial information.

4. Blood sample: The results of your blood test will form the foundation of your personal nutrition plan.

5. Your personal nutrition plan: You will receive an individual nutrition plan that specifies healthy and varied meals. It’s surprising how easy it is to change your diet. There are 8 important rules and an iPhone app to support you. Additional services, which may incur additional cost, are available when you log in to your personal account and the community area.

6. Personal supervision: From the very start of the program, you will have a personal coach who will support you through the program either at a practice offering Metabolic Balance® Care in your area or online via Metabolic Balance® Online. You can contact your coach at any time, so feel free to ask questions and communicate your progress. In return, you will receive lots of practical tips and motivational advice.

7. The phases: You are ready to start your 4-phase program

  • Phase 1. This phase begins the process of detoxification and elimination and is key in preparing your metabolism for the next phase.
  • Phase 2. For the first two weeks, you must eat only the foods specified in your personal nutrition plan. After that, oil will be reintroduced into your diet alongside the occasional treat meal, for which you can enjoy whatever you like.
  • Phase 3. More foods will be added to your food list.
  • Phase 4. On the basis of your knowledge of and experience with the previous three phases, you may now experiment for yourself and get to know which foods are right for you. Now you may begin to slowly ease yourself away from the plan while still following the nutrition advice you have learned during the program.
